We only use natural products that are pH balanced, 100% vegan, with no synthetic perfumes, chemicals or palm oils to harm your dog (or the planet)!
We do a warm double wash (other salons may do cold water or single wash)
We don’t do cage drying
For anxious dogs, we offer a free Meet & Greet so they can get familiar with our environment to reduce anxiety on their first visit

A luxurious warm double wash and body massage using a coat-specific shampoo and conditioning treatment followed by a thorough blow dry, brush and comb.
We finish with a natural conditioning spray to help promote optimal condition and shine, plus a spritz of cologne sending your dog home fresh, happy and huggable.
Double-coated or combination-coated dogs also receive a light deshed treatment in the bath to help keep your home fur-free.
All dogs receive nail clipping and ear cleaning as requested.

A quick refresh between regular grooming appointments, this streamlined service includes an all-in-one shampoo and conditioner, gentle brush-through, and a blow-dry.
Plus complimentary nail clipping, ear cleaning, and a spritz of cologne. This means you can wash more often and stay fresh, without breaking the bank.
This express service is suitable for dogs up to 29 kilos with well-maintained, short, wire or curly coats. If your dog is double coated, extra large, needs grooming or extra lovin’ after a lake swim or trip to the beach, double-handling due to extreme anxiety, is matted or needs deshedding, you’ll need our signature Luxe Wash and Dry service.

We start the service with a luxe wash & dry, followed by a tidy of the pads/paws, eye area so they can see, sanitary areas and nails and ear canal cleaning as requested to keep your dog looking neat.
We do not clip the face, beard, tail or body during this service. Suitable for dogs with long, wire, curly, double or combination coats.

It begins with a Luxe Wash & Dry, then a consistent length clip over the body, with hand scissoring of legs, face, sanitary areas, pads, ears, nails as required.

The price list is a guide only. When you arrive, we will confirm your cost based on likely grooming time, coat condition, dog size, and any special needs like additional deshedding, dematting or hand drying for those nervous dogs.

Some breeds require a different approach to grooming. Owners of Terriers and Spaniels often prefer a traditional hand-stripped coat, or a ‘strip and clip’ combination approach.
Both salons offer the expert technique - talk to us about your preferred approach, duration and pricing.

Time quoted on request depending on the extent of the treatment requirements. Treatments may include specialist dematting and deshedding shampoos, treatments and specialist tools.
We will discuss the best approach with you to minimise stress on your dog and deliver the highest quality result.

Included free as part of all washing and grooming services, but we do not automatically trim nails unless you request this service.
You can also come in any time without an appointment for nail trimming for $25.
We will only recommend that nails are trimmed if they are touching the ground or causing problems in the home. Come in any time without an appointment for nail trimming.
Some dogs have sharp nails even when trimmed. If your dog’s nails are causing scratches or damaging furniture, we recommend adding nail filing for $15. This is an additional service because not all dogs will need it, and it takes our staff extra time.

Our skilled team provides a thorough and gentle teeth cleaning service, helping to maintain clean teeth between vet visits.

Late fee, cancellations and no-shows
WOOOF runs a tight ship so we ask that you arrive 5 minutes ahead of your appointment to allow our team to check your dog in and discuss your grooming requirements.
WOOOF does not offer long stay services so your dog won’t spend hours in the salon getting stressed. We’ll provide you an estimated pick up time and contact you when your dog is ready to collect.
Last minute cancellations, ‘no shows’ and late drop off and pick ups will result in additional fees charged to cover the cost incurred by WOOOF. See our Customer agreement for more information.
Safe handling fee
Some dogs get overstimulated or anxious in the environment of a dog grooming salon, which can manifest as aggressive behaviour, which can be a danger to themselves as well as our staff. In these situations, we take extra care for the wellbeing and safety of your dog and our groomers (e.g. going slower or using multiple groomers).
If your dog requires additional staffing or time, we may charge a $30 safe handling fee.
We recommend you book a complimentary Meet & Greet so we can get to know your dog and their needs. They can get familiar with our environment, helping to reduce anxiety on their first visit.
