Receptionist

Our recent expansion is creating more demand for high-quality customer interactions at WOOOF.

We are looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team, working closely with management. If you are an experienced receptionist with the following skills and attributes, we’d love to chat:

• A love of dogs with strong dog handling skills
• Knowledge of different dog breeds, temperaments and behaviors
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to deal with complex and sometimes emotional interactions
• Great communication skills that are applied to customers and colleagues
• Calm and solutions-driven
• Precise and highly organised with the ability to multi-task and remember detail
• IT skills to help you manage and troubleshoot the booking system, phones, internet and EFTPOS
