Welcome to WOOOF +, a loyalty program designed to help you manage your dog’s coat and your time. If your dog has been shaved down because the matting got too much, we get it. Life gets busy, you forget to brush them, and then the groomers are booked out for months.

For our clients needing regular grooms (Full or Style Grooms), if you book your appointments a year in advance, we'll give you half-price maintenance washes in between each groom.

The fine print

• Offer applies to ‘full grooms’ and 'style grooms' only that are booked 12 months in advance (this does not include tidy grooms)

• Clients may withdraw from the program at any time and cancel future appointments (no fees)

• The offer may be voided by WOOOF due to the excessive number of missed or cancelled grooming appointments

• The program is not suited to difficult dogs that require two handlers, or XXL/Giant breeds
